SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of our products and as a small studio we do no offer returns. We offer returns for EU orders as part of the European Union 14 day cooling off period, described in details below. Regardless, any item that falls under non-returnable cannot be returned regardless of location. 

If your item arrives damaged, as the instances below, you have 3 days to contact us with photos of the issue so we may rectify it. After that the product is void and is accepted as-is. 

From there for 1 month after your order, if you have any issue that is a result of the piece itself, we will cover any of the following issues:

  • broken chain
  • broken earrings
  • lost or broken charm or sun drop
  • lost or broken jump ring

If any of these apply please reach out and we can fix the issue for free, we only require shipping to be paid.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • All earrings are not returnable for hygienic reasons
  • Vintage and one-off or one-of-a-kind pieces 
  • Custom engraved pieces 
  • Gift Cards
  • Clothing

Please use the original packaging to return your item or equivalent. Package everything as you received it, the buyer is responsible for the condition of the item upon return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged or items are missing upon arrival no refund will be granted. This includes tangled necklaces, broken earrings, broken glass, missing charms etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. ​Refunds are processed within 2 weeks and will be sent to the form of payment you originally paid with after the 2 weeks. This could still include the time it takes your bank to process the refund. If you do not receive a refund, please wait to reach out until 3 weeks have passed and contact your bank first.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping cost are paid by the customer.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are processed & packaged by hand, then shipped within 3-5 days. 

International shipping may have delays due to restrictions or delivery service issues in your home country. 

Delivery times are estimates and may have 1-2 days delay depending on the delivery service in your area. Please contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to our support, most often it will arrive within 1-2 days of estimated delivery or a 'delivered' status. Please be advised we do not re-ship any orders if they are never delivered but you may re-order. We do not refund shipping charges, only the value of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES:

United States: 3-6 days

Canada: 3-12 days 

EU: 1-3 weeks

Asia: 2-3 weeks

Australia: 1-3 weeks

 

DAMAGES OR ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

You must let us know of a damage or issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED OR RECEIVED

If an order is not delivered or received within 1 week of it marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, please reach out to the carrier first to confirm delivery with them. Once they have confirmed please reach out to us on our contact page here and let us know you never received your item. From there a refund will be given in the original form of payment within 3-7 business days depending on your bank. We do not re-ship any orders if they are never delivered but you may re-order. We do not refund shipping charges, only the value of your order.
