SHIPPING
All orders are processed & packaged by hand, then shipped within 3-5 days.
International shipping may have delays due to restrictions or delivery service issues in your home country.
Delivery times are estimates and may have 1-2 days delay depending on the delivery service in your area. Please contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to our support, most often it will arrive within 1-2 days of estimated delivery or a 'delivered' status.
DELIVERY TIMES:
United States: 3-6 days
Canada: 3-12 days
EU: 1-3 weeks
Asia: 2-3 weeks
Australia: 1-3 weeks
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You must let us know of a damage or issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED OR RECEIVED
If an order is not delivered or received within 1 week of it marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, please reach out to the carrier first to confirm delivery with them. Once they have confirmed please reach out to us on our contact page here and let us know you never received your item. From there a refund will be given in the original form of payment within 3-7 business days depending on your bank. We do not re-ship any orders if they are never delivered but you may re-order.
